I think the frame of a woman can be the deciding factor on wether big boobs or small boobs are sexy.

Call me weird but for me, the areola is the sexiest part of a boob, it too comes in lots of different shapes & sizes!

I dont think boobs can make you fancy someone or not (wouldnt for me anyway), you either like them or you dont. Definitely wouldn't be a deciding factor on a meet or in a partner.
