Is sending a wink better than mail?? I mean it shows interest without been intrusive. Or is it lazy?

Same here!

I use them as a sign of appreciation, usually a good profile.

A kind of non pushy way of saying hi.

That way nobody gets upset if it isn't reciprocated.

So many here complain about their mail not being answered or even deleted, try winking.
