Yeah I think it's sexy,

It's pretty rare though, I'm a pt and work with a few females who compete and aside from the day they're on stage all depleted and dehydrated they have gorgeous abs, not Peter Andre jobs like but visible lines!

A girl who is in shape, fit and has good muscle tone is way more sexy by far

And in my experience can go a lot harder and longer than girls who don't bother with any exercise as she knows how to push herself to the limits grrr lol

nutrition is the most important part of getting a six pack. you can have a strong core but it wont be seen if you have body fat is too high.
