What’s the upper age limit that anyone would meet, male or female? Many of us have 18-99 on our profiles but it doesn’t mean that we’d ‘do the dirty’ with someone at the upper (or indeed lower) end of that spectrum….

My male partner is already 8 years younger than me, age is just a number anyway. We have a general rule for no under 30s but we have met 29 year olds with more emotional maturity than some 55 year olds.

We would have an upper limit I suppose but we've not butted up against it yet. I think it's more to do with someone's youthful outlook rather than the actual age.

I won't meet or even chat to any woman within a 10 year buffer of my eldest child which is why my lower filter is where it is.

I've never been with a woman older than me at any time in my life so the upper limit is irrelevant.

My experience is that the age "Limit" is something you set in your own mind based on imagination. It remains constant, until, You meet someone that age or older that amazes you. I met a 63 year old that was in amazing shape, better shape than many 30 year olds. So My limit went up accordingly. Also, personality can be more interesting in a more mature person, that in itself is a turn on!

My ranges are guidelines more than a set in stone rule. Age is one of the last things I look at on a profile tbh.

Meeting someone in their 20's for a coffee or verification wouldn't be an issue but on the whole late 30's and above would be my preference. Seems that I dont have the same connection with older guys as younger ones.

I did! He was a lot of fun, a one off but I'm happy I did it and he went three times in a row. I'd not do it now but I was in newbie frenzy at the time.

Fadó, fadó, after I had discovered my penis again, in one week I met a 72 year old on the Tuesday and a 22 year old on the Thursday. It was a mental week for me.

Both had lied about their ages, the older claiming to be 62 and the younger claiming to be 30. I was in the second half of my forties at the time.

No regrets tbf. The 22 year old was French and was much more mature than some 40 year olds I've known. The 72 year old was great craic as well, and was delighted that I hadn't copped that she had told a fib about her age.

I wouldn't be able for that now.

Well my first meet off here was with a couple 27 years older than me. I was only having an conversation earlier today that if they're attractive at X age I would still be interested, I used Salma Hayek who's 59/60 this year as an example for an age gap. Then again how many Salma Hayek doppelgangers are on here

I really enjoy age gap experiences and like some have previously said there would be no upper limit as if i find them attractive in body and mind the age wouldnt deter me at any age. The oldest age gap ive had is a 38 year difference and it was a brilliant experience

Im generally more interested in the age someone acts rather than how long ago they were born.

In practice though I find that I usually have more in common with and have better initial chats with people around my age.

Then 10 to 12 years above of below is usually a decent buffer.

After that the really hind interactions are much rarer

I always ask for a copy of a birth cert and valid passport before getting intimate with someone. That and a laminated copy of an update SH:24 cert. You wouldn't want the ink getting smudged due to excess body moisture in the current heatwave.

An age gap either way never bothered me and if it did bother the other party involved then the party was never going to happen.

In the relatively recent past I have been with someone 15 years older and currently "connecting" with someone more than 30 years younger.

Clear consent and a connection is all that really matters.

When I was 42 I was meeting a 22yr old FB for a time and during the same period I met with a 63yr old woman. Both were great.

The age gap certainly added a frisson factor but in the end it wasn't the defining factor.

In general I'd say drawn to people my own age +/- 10 years.

I'v mine set, I'm def not actively looking for extremely younger guys as I don't find them experienced or mature enough to satisfy my wants, older guys I'm ok with.

In group settings I'm not too pushed but it always reinforces my opinions as even in the group I see the younger guys wanting to 'compete/dominate/show their ego'.
