"Just a word of warning about platforms here and elsewhere, in the last couple of weeks I've been messaged by people looking for hook ups and sending current location links which are false, the then proceed to ask for gifts or money and when you refuse the say that they are 13 -15 years old and say they will report you to Paedo Hunter Vigilante Groups on Facebook. These have their age listed as in late 20s and they make the first contact before anyone goes accusing me of going after underage. Be warned" There are always people who are going to try and scam you. Not sure where you mean when you say platforms here and elsewhere. I’ve never seen anyone on here saying they are younger than 18 and if they did, they’d be gone real quick by admin. Anyway, back to the topic in hand. You’ll always get scammers, people selling their knicks for mula and then they have your address. The scammers looking for fifty quid coz they are stuck, the scammers who’s birthday is today and a little status update about it’s my birthday, who’s sending me a drink or who’s sending me a tenner to buy a drink. Fuckwits are everywhere, block them and wait for the next shitbag to come knocking on your profile looking for a pot of gold. | |||

I’ve had a few private messages from people who did get scammed and lost money after being threatened, I’ve been around enough to spot most scams and luckily not get caught. The post was meant as a warning, but some just chose to slag me off and that’s fine, hopefully none of ye end up in court like happened in UK and France recently after people were conned and ended up in serious trouble. " They weren't conned. They chose to not seek explicit consent. Like I said originally, a little bit of due diligence goes a long way. | |||

There are organized scam gangs and online scammers down to the street scammers and those that just take advantage of peoples good nature or those who are too polite to tell them to F Off. | |||
