It’s a case of finding a quiet spot in the dunes at Curracloe as there are lots of textiles walking and running up and down the beach and coming in from the Raven Wood that runs along the southern portion of the beach. I usually get a good walk in all the way down to Raven Point as it’s quiet there.

A kind reminder: do take care of your physical health , mental & emotional health and spiritual wellbeing in this hot weather!

• using sun protections, cream/lotion/oil/hat/umbrella etc,

• stay hydrated, water/juice/drinks/milk etc,

• eat well, fruits/fish chips/steak etc.

• be safe and sensible in the sea and dunes

It’s lovely day but there today, hope you enjoyed the Sun, sea, woods, and fun.

Where would be the next stop for tomorrow…?!! And who will you be with…??! Whatever you do, take easy and enjoy the moment of peace xx

Going to miss the beach… taking a day off and going out with friends instead, still could be a lovely day!
