You'll get no shortage of men saying they want to join. Many will not show, especially if they're not active on the scene and/or you've never met them before.

In our experience, the best way to organise a bigger group is to make the social connections first- get yourself to a few events and/or meet for coffees to build rapport over time

It takes time and effort but it's worth not being let down at the last minute 😄

In my experience, meeting everyone you’re inviting to a gangbang socially prior isn’t necessary. There is work involved though.

Select men who have experience in group situations - check their veris. They’re more likely to be comfortable around a bunch of other cocks.

Build a rapport with them, maybe through a tg group, so that you can get to know them a bit and you also have a place to set out your boundaries/likes and dislikes in advance.
