Great post op.

In the US you get special 55+ communities, which are a great way to supply health care and combat loneliness.

They have weekly events specifically for that age group - doesn't mean boring, but maybe a bit slower, or maybe not as loud as people do like to talk to each other.

And yes, there's load of intimacy happening as well.

You're mainly getting replies from men, no surprise considering the greater percentage of men on the site, so will continue to follow this thread.

Perhaps a 55+ social group would be beneficial to some?

Doesn't have to be fab related.

Would you consider creating / joining something like that?

Over 60 here and going strong. Love men of all ages but still the key elements have to be present. Personality is paramount and availability is essential. Ability to perform when required an added bonus.

So age is a number not a hindrance. And I also prefer over 40s than under most of the time.

I'm not over 60 but I'm only a few years off 60 and I don't feel the need to mix with only my own age group, either on Fab or off. When it comes to finding a partner however, I prefer someone closer to my own position in life, with less work pressures and more free time to share life's pleasures.

Young people who are dicks generally turn into older versions of the same thing. They don't magically morph into ideal specimens of humanity when they pass 45.

Likewise, older people who are sound were most likely sound younger people before that.
