Where & how do ppl esp females organize their meets. I'm interested in mmf & even more but it's so hard to get the logistics down. I'm single so there's no partner/hubby to share expense, I'm not wanting to be spending much money on accommodation, sexfun isn't in my budget 😂 but asking guys to split cost feels odd to me💵. Guys that host don't want other strange guys in their place. I know there are 'cheap' day rates in hotels but looking at some they aren't that cheap plus I'd like to not just fuck & run in an hour, I'd like to have a second or third meet as when Im free I'm greedy.

Any suggestions? Is sex air b&bs a thing 😂

There's definitely people on here that have airbnb's and have mentioned previously that they rent them out

Not sure if they expect to be part of the fun

Large events in hotels would give you a chance to meet someone thats actually staying over with a room if you're meeting them for a few hours

Then I suppose a man with his own place if you find someone that you can trust

I'v done the whole party/social hotel meets, I'm not into pre-drinking party sex, it gets messy & takes too long, I want sex not friends or social connections. There's no trusted guy in my circle, I'm a complete happy solo female but 1 would be an advantage in these cases.

I'd love to give up one of my rooms if needed, I actually wouldn't even ask for any payment (in any kind of way), I know how hard it is out there for everyone due to rising costs and it would be nice to give something back. However, my only concern would be having strangers in my place and if anything happened could I be held responsible?

For the group stuff I organised, I booked a hotel and would have been very uncomfortable with anyone giving me money for it. None of them were staying and it would have felt very pr*stitutey for any of them to contribute 🤷🏻‍♀️

You’re in Louth. I’m in Monaghan. Use my place if you wish. It comes with a St Andrews cross, massage table with restraints, and a bed with restraints and waterproof sheets fitted. I don’t need to be involved but because it’s my home I do need to be in the house. Available Friday, Saturday nights and if you want to stay you can have a private bedroom. However I will not allow guys or women without verifications to my home.

There are some great value apartments available if you aren't looking for a 5 star place. Recently found a place for €100 for a friday night. Was perfectly reasonable. But I get what you mean about multiple people. Maybe ask for a contribution?

Also, on three occasions the other lads and myself happily covered the cost of the accomodation, with the lady fully agreeable to it beforehand.

I am fortunate enough to have w spare rooms in mu house that I dont need i have often thought about renting them out to people who have nowhere to go to meet but my worry is that they would abuse my trust and good nature and wreck my home or steal from me not that I have anything worth stealing also I live in a housing estate not that I care what the neighbours think but how would I physically let people in and out as I work 12hr shifts

We are strongly considering buying a log cabin and leasing it out to swingers air b&b style

Tricky for some people to find somewhere to meet others when most have kids/ spouses or even house sharing

I would be very VERY cautious of people offering free / too cheap sex accommodation. If you absolutely must take up offers for this stuff then I would be looking up how to spot recording and streaming equipment. If the motivation isn't financial then it might be sexual.

..I think it's n amazing offer once the trust is there why not .

It's a shame to think there would be people who would take advantage but one would have to take a little time to suss people out before coming to agreement

We are lucky enough to often find couples who can accommodate at their homes, empty nest couples. We also book hote rooms and split the cost, we never mind doing this and we don’t care if the other party decide to stay the night as we’ve had our fun and the room has served its purpose for us, plus we like to go home after anyways
