It's possible, but it's also possible that more people who might have fancied you are put off.

Considering your phone knows more about you than you know about yourself then it really depends on the individual...

Ask yourself the following though

1. Do you mind other people knowing your here?

2. Are you doing it to increase your meet chances?

3. Can it have a negative impact on your current / future employment prospects?

Ive seen it multiple times where events and individuals profiles are published in news papers.

Put a face pic up at your own risk but remember, the disclamer people copy and paste to their profile isnt worth the paper its printed on.
