But bringing it into the sanctity of your own home is absolutely sacrilegious imho. 🤢🤮😇 Be adventurous and try something from one of the many craft breweries that provide kegs. "Not a swingers related question we built a home bar its about year old the first keg of heineken we got was 260 looked about getting one this weekend it was 290 just wondering would anyone know anyone or places that can get cheaper pm please and thanks might a free pint and feel wink wink" If you have a local pub u frequent, and are friendly with the owner, see if he can get you one at cost price | |||

I love when people start telling us we should all be drinking craft beers it automatically informs me that they should be avoided before they bore me to death. Most craft beers are horrible muck. " .... It's a matter of taste I guess. Some people may want to stick to bland vanilla style options and others may want to try a variety of more exotic flavours. Sampling craft beers is a bit like the swing lifestyle in that way I suppose. Variety is the spice of life. I have tasted many different craft beers and I cannot recall any that were "muck". Most are in fact far more flavoursome and satisfying to taste than the equivalent mass produced offerings. Some of the most boring people I have met were dedicated Heino drinkers. But then one person's scintillating conversation is another person's yawn fest. Vive la différence 🍺🍷🥂🍸🍹🥃🥤☕️🧃🥛 | |||

Also be aware that our own Rye River brewery is the most awarded brewery in the world for the past 3yrs, mostly craft 
I haven't tasted a worldwide produced beer i liked in over 10yrs.

Rye River produce some excellent beers and their stout, which is available on draught in some Dublin pubs, is equal to or better in terms of flavour and mouth-feel to any pint of "G splitter". Now that the "G" is being even more mass produced in county Kildare it may lose some of its Liffey water taste and the nostalgia value associated with the St.James Gate site. | |||

Having been involved in various engineering projects on the St. James's Gate site over the years I am aware that river water isn't used in the brewing process. My reference was meant as a tongue-in-cheek nod to the proximity of the brewery to the river Liffey. Products being produced in Kildare are for export only at the moment, but plans for additional extension of the site may indicate a different long-term plan. | |||
