reported it three times. Only action taken was to block me from the profile. Then this morning the picture appears on most liked

It disappeared soon as I posted on this forum, hence why I deleted the post

When you report someone it can take a while for a mod to look at the report

An automatic block is issued by the site so you cant see the profile again as far as I know

In a place not far from...

I reported some earlier in the week. Got myself a temporary suspension for the troubles. Move on and ignore it.

If it continues to go unchecked, it will make this place unusable.

Only good thing at present is that are no algorithms saying "you have new messages in your local area, pay now to view and reply" * - to something that doesn't exist
