I know this isn't fab related but can't find any proper info online. Would anyone know roughly how much a cleaner would cost to clean a house? 9 rooms altogether. Just dusting, hoovering, washing floors and windows. I know I'm capable of doing it, but I'd like to help someone to earn a few euro as well. Thanks

I would contact some cleaners and say something like

Hello Mr/Mrs Cleaner

How much would you charge to clean my house? 9 rooms altogether. Just dusting, hoovering, washing floors and windows.

Best regards

Mr Loveandpeace

The more precise you are with your directions the more precise of a price you'll get.

I have eight rooms and any cleaner would tell me it's three hours a week.

I would book two hours a week and have a list of what jobs need doing that week.

Week one I'd go full whack and get the whole place deep cleaned. It's cheaper to maintain it then.

Cleaning companies will often insist on a minimum number of hours. I used to use the cleaning company to book until I found someone I liked and then I would hire them direct for the same money I was paying the company.

All that said I'm home full time now so the cleaner is me and he gets paid fuck all 🤣

I’m away all week and only home Fridays and Saturdays. I pay €30 to a cleaner for 2 hours work every other week. I do change my own bedding and do my own washing
