It’s not that they don't necessarily read it, it’s that they don’t care or think they easily can change your mind. It costs them nothing to send a message. It’s a spam mentality, send enough messages, someone will eventually respond. Just my opinion…

I know I’m not from Ireland but it popped up in the forum, our profile lists no single men unless in a club setting and yet we have woken up to 7 messages from single men asking to do stuff to me or to join us, this isn’t just today it happens daily and we delete and block. Men just look at the pics and hope they can change our mind. Irritating but it’s just the life of fab.

I have all men blocked from messaging but as others have said I've had messages from women and couples that really make me wonder how they are functioning adults?

There's no doubt in my profile who and what I'm looking for and despite having a very clear first line some people think they are the exception to the rule.

If I was to send an introductory message to a woman or couple telling them they needed to shave their pussy before I would meet them or lose a bit of weight, they would have every right to tell me to go fuck myself but that's often then standard of message I get from entitled morons.

I think it's people in general and there's just more men so it happens more often.

I'll tell you what though. A man will almost always reply no matter how of base his opening message was. He'll either apologise or tell you to get fucked but he will reply.

Couple's, not so much. Politely refusing a poorly written booty call message from a couple usually results in radio silence and no further effort made. Notions and entitlement abound.

This has been a constant issue over the last 20 years ago since I and my partner have been swinging here. It has gotten worse over the last 4 or 5 years due to the massive increase in members.Finding also as women have now barely got time to read messages let alone profiles any more its all just got too much...i know 4 or 5 ladies over the last year or so who have attempted to rejoin but after getting up to 1,000 messages on joining they decided to leave again. At the end of the day no post or observation here will change anyone's mind... the haters will continue to hate, the drama queens will continue to do what they do and the morons and messers will just ignore what each profile says. Not judging in anyway as everyone here is human and have their own reasons. My only advice would be to show the respect you would want to be given. LOVE TO ALL ❤️

You use the filters to stop all messages at the start until you get going ...its really simple

OP unfortunately yes, best to tell them read the bio before engagement or just block if they are bot what you're looking for.

Whats worse are the kind that keep chatting when they know you have the wrong person lol,which is ly own fault of course must swap pics sooner going forwards.
