you could always go back to the shop tell them a insulted you and you would like to know who he is and ask them to print off a picture of him as all shops have cctv which is digital and can be printed off there and then. You know the rough time so should not be hard to find him on their camera.you then can download it to here and send it to your friends bound to find him then

Yess but that's a bit different. In this case they'd have to take sides. Cctv doesn't normally have sound so nobody will know by looking at a pic that anything has happened. They'd be taking a huge risk. I couldn't see anyone doing it unless they knew you, and even then, I'm not sure they'd go to the trouble. I think move on is the only sensible solution.
