People may also block under pressure from others and have the ability to reverse that decision when they are no longer under such influence. I have been unblocked by people after meeting at socials because in face to face contact they realised what a handsome, harmless, charming, witty and all round fun-to-be-with kind of guy I really am....🤣🤣🤣 The ability to reconsider and re-evaluate a situation is part of being a well rounded and fair minded human being. It will never change for those that use this feature of the site to exert power over others but for some it allows an opportunity for new beginnings. " Power? Away on with you  Your fixation on the block button is quite something to behold.
Of course the ability to reflect and re-evaluate is important. However it is no less valid when having done so to decide you were correct in your original assessment.

Not so much a fixation as a genuine effort to contribute to a thread of which I was not the OP.
