I suspect we can beat England but France will have too much for us. Our home games should result in wins for us. Welsh rugby in some state. Struggling to sell home games tickes apparently . I’m not sure I’m too sorry for them after they took French money to vote for France to host the World Cup instead of the home countries

Not optimistic for the 6N this time round, we'll get nothing away against France or England, avoiding any upsets at home will be the height of Ireland's ambitions

Minutes from Somewhere Else

France first up is a tough fixture but let's remember that they'll be undercooked as well.

I think England are the likely champions this year though I'm kinda hoping for another Welsh "Jam Slam" for the lols.

Missing a lot of forwards for France game but then again the French crowd will put their players under pressure the longer Ireland stay in the game...

I don’t think we’ll be as bad as we were in the autumn games. It all depends on what happens on Thursday.

I’m going to say a very tight loss to the French and win the others

Which should put us second overall as long as th English don’t beat France

I think England could win it this year to be honest.

It will be a toss up between them and France probably.

I think bonus points and loosing bonus points could decide 3rd and 4th places.

Italy are getting better especially in attack, so it will be interesting, but we are not playing well and too many key players injured even before it starts.

I think it will be either France or England.

We have too many missing & too many mistakes 😕

Yeah I think that we aren't gonna get anything out of the French and English games. Both teams are putting a lot of emphasis into younger players who are hungry and wanting to impress. We are still relying on alot o players who are completely out of form and past their best. We are lucky because the other teams are so poor and we will be at home so should win those games. Anyway it was not just the national team, the provinces are really struggling and very inconsistent so I think we are in for a tough few years for Irish rugby

"Well wasn't expecting Italy to beat Scotland "

Same thing happened in 2024, Italy at home, beat Scotland by 2 points.

Definitely a team getting stronger.
