I usually play music going to sleep and wondered, for those that do the same, what's your favourite going to sleep song.

I listen to music/sounds on the Calm app. Use a Bluetooth speaker beside me in bed.

Dublin / Meath / Birmingham

Got to be nearly 20 years since I'd have sleep music on. But an old reliable used to be Alice in Chains' MTV Unplugged album 🤘

Kingdom of Arnor, Meath

The album In the Heart of the Moon by Ali Farka Toure and Toumani Diabate.

Music that drove unwelcome thoughts away and enabled me to relax and sleep. I haven't used it for a while but I know it's there if I ever need it again.
