Its no longer seeing the kids faces as there all grown up. So getting to see the family over a big Christmas dinner & drinks. Then Boxing day its all about playing a charity game with friends then back to the bar for drinks and the footy.

They do in the RDS for about 500 people but those that can't make it cand get a delivery instead

The kids who are now old enough to know the truth still getting presents in front of fireplace on Christmas morning. Obviously dinner is a high point and then the extra presents opening afterwards and relaxing together in front of fire for a good movie.

Really it's being with your nearest and dearest and keeping any toxic fuckers outside your door so they don't spoil your day.

Oh! Also not forgetting to turn the bbq off after you've woodsmoke roasted the turkey & ham
