my good apps for workout plans or? Was a gym freak good few years back but the body isn't what it once was. Any tips and tricks

Workout . Cool,

You tell it what equipment you have (if any), tell it what part of the body you want to work out, and it shows you what exercise to do

depends what your goal is, I workout until I'm sore high intensity with lower reps until failure, I eat loads all day for bulking, but if your going for lean muscular figure I'd be doing moderate intensity with more reps and less fatty foods.

Me miss uses JEFIT. easy to use without paying for anything extra
