I have my appointment done for the 13th of November.

I know I won't be able to lift heavy weights for two weeks, what about sex?

Any advice from who has done it already?

Dirk had his first wank on the same day as I happened to be away that week.

Our sex life resumed as normal when I got back home.

Certain positions were uncomfortable for him for a while (mainly doggy, when balls properly swing about), but other than that no real change in frequency nor any other discomfort.

They told me over the phone about a single test done 16 weeks after the procedure. I'll make sure to double check with them

Painless enough. Depending on everyone’s pain tolerance. I was back to work next day. Keep it clean. Wash that area a few times a day. Next 20-30 shots out of you are still live rounds so follow up on the tests. Nothing to fear with the op. It’s more down to each person keeping clean

I agree about the children bit for sure. Not that I’d swap them for anything in the world. My vasectomy went fine and got back in action after a few days. Herself was able to come off the pill after the two tests so that was the goal
