Often send messages to people just to let them know I admire their pics and compliment them if they have a particular attractive feature or outfit I enjoy

Do women like being complimented this way and enjoy knowing if someone is pleasuring themselves to their pic or wiukd rather not know?

Get them the odd time. It's nice and I've done it myself of i see a picture I like. So long as people don't expect it to turn into a full blown conversation.

As long as you understand that while some might appreciate it, others will assume an ulterior motive and most will ignore you either way.

For what is worth, I can't imagine a lot of women would want to know your jerking off but if that's your bag why not join in on the Tribute threads over in the other forum sections. Some people are really into that.

When someone sends a message. Their looking for a reply.

If not...

Then why send a message.

My point merely was. If you were expecting a response. The majority would appreciate a profile photo or a public photo on bio.
