The concept makes total sense to me. As does the experience.

But the word choice doesn't sit well with some folk.

I quite like the idea of giving her to someone else for a bit, and then taking her back.... but I understand having a little discomfort here as a partner doesn't own their other half as it suggested by the term. It's a descriptive way to describe what I like to do with herself after she comes back from a date though.

It's not something I'm familiar with.

Never even heard of it until a few years ago and had to have it explained to me.

Between 2 consenting adults as a form of role play I don't see anything wrong with it but I don't understand what you mean by "choice"?

I don't think it's about one partner 'owning' the other, I think of the reclaim as a mutual thing, a re-claiming of the intimate bond between the couple.

Choice of words is all I meant.

Could be called reconnection sex for example but the emphasis on possession in reclaim is quite specific.

Hot for some. Gives others the ick
