Anybody disappointed by the finale?

Series started out great but the last episode had feck all conclusions/felt like an episode short which seems to be more and more common with some series'

No I really enjoyed it ,

* spoilers *

There was a complete change in power with everyone

After abit of a build up, we got abit of a showdown between Kirch and Morrow ( my two favourite characters)

Weiland Yutani are coming fir season 2

What I dont like is your one having a pet Alien , it kinda takes away from the scariness of the Alien. I hope at some stage it redeems itself, goes against orders and eats Wendy's brother

Id agree with the above I loved every minute of season 1. I do feel some of the horror of the xenomorphs has been taken away when they are taking orders. Id like them to revolt against their masters a bit next season. I love the tentacle eye thing on the sheep that was creepy as fuck. The prodigy boy definitely didn't get the grisly ending I hoped he would but I'm sure he will in the end. The whole thing was visually and stylistically stunning with mostly great characters and isn't just a rehash of the same old stuff which has been done to death.

Ya you hust know Boy going to get a horrible death since its only weiland that is mentioned in the movies.

I thought I'd hate the other Monsters,I thought they would take away attention for the Alien but the intelligent eye tentacle monster was actually such a great addition. Evil little bastard.. Each one of them has a kinda characteristic of the Alien aswel, the eye sheep thing takes over a host and is highly intelligent,the acid and hive mind with the fly , the stealthy kills with the eel plant...thing.

One thing that I like the show has the movie Aliens doesn't have is that Alien isnt just cannon fodder and is running through the Aliens itself. Id definitely put the show over Alien Romulus and Prometheus anyway

Season was OK. It's hard to make a series when it's all been covered in the movies.

Soundtrack is class though

If they wrapped everything up in season 1 they would have nothing for season 2
