Need help with cam please

I've had my cam working in the chat rooms before but lately am having no luck...I've 2 cams and both are working but can't get either to work in FAB chat rooms...HELP I'm missing alot of fun!!

Sometimes our cam doesnt work so we have to reboot with it plugged in so reconises it then works fine
