Montagnolo Bleu. It's a very creamy very light blue cheese. It's so good drizzled with a bit of honey.

Mozzarella goes great with pineapple on a pizza…..😲🏃‍♂️‍➡️🏃‍♂️‍➡️

I was never a cheese person but I totally see the attraction, I just haven’t found the right one, or combination yet, but I do continue to try occasionally.

Buffalo mozzarella, nice tomatoes, basil and a nice olive oil I know I’ll always enjoy, most others that I consume are cooked or melted.

A product of a time when cheese choice was easy singles, take it or leave it….

Really mature cheddar. Salty bits and all. Love 24mnth Conte also.

My ex is French so I've tried a lot of cheeses when we were together.

I did have Ardsallagh Goats cheeseon a pizza in Galway last week. It was absolutely delish. Goats cheese possibly the best.

Totally agree with you..we have some amazing Irish...Cashel Blue being a real fav of mine and I used to HATE blue cheese!

Absolutely love all the cheeses you have mentioned.

Also love a baked Mont D'Or with toasted sourdough for dipping yummmmmmmmm 🤤🤤
