I travel solo, I don't book package deals or if I do it's on skyscanner. Flights and hotel separately works out cheaper, but I'm not sure about Europe

When I've had the opportunity to travel alone I've taken it. Booking everything separately is the best option.

Sign up to Rory’s solo travels. €12 for a year. Once or twice a month you will get emails of what’s on offer. You will also get added to their Facebook group page. Once you book something with them you get added to a WhatsApp group of others that are also going to

Solo traveling is so much fun. You always find someone to talk to. Get into group activities during your holidays. Explore where the local people go. And I’d say choose a place where they speak English, so you can communicate better. Unless you already speak Spanish or Portuguese . Good luck

Far far away

Try rorys travel club they do all.sorts of single holidays.

I've done a few solo trips. I've no issue with it. Actually very liberating.

Love holidays on my own

My first year in PDI was on my own but got to know people over there

Since then Ive been to Vegas for 5 days and off to Stockholm in September for 4 days

I love wandering around so its ideal

Already have 10 things to visit on my Google maps

Go for it

Laughing at all the suggestions to find group activities and talk to people on a solo holiday.

I go on solo holidays to not talk to anyone

They’re far more relaxing than a holiday with friends or family OP. No one to make decisions for other than yourself.

Love travelling by myself. Considering 2 big holidays at the moment for a few years time. Saving up but will decide closer to the time.

Love a solo holiday. I book everything separately also as it's cheaper. I do look at love holidays and other similar sites to get an idea of places, location etc. As a female solo traveller, I think it's vital to do your research beforehand of where you're going and get a feel for the culture etc.

I went solo to Marrakesh in Jan and it is up there now with my top favourite places.

Best of luck with it and enjoy every minute of wherever you go.

Have done a few solo trips. Can be a nice way to decompress if you have a lot going on. City breaks are probably the best solo. But ive also done multi destination and enjoyed it. Bring a few good books and podcasts for when you are travelling or even just sitting back and enjoying a drink.
