I think a lot of it is to do with experience and maturity, I know I take a different approach now compared to my 19 year old self and have been complimented on my oral/finger skills,... the right amount of softness, firmness, intensity, area covered, action taken and timing are essential and all contribute to a most satisfying outcome, oh and taking equal enjoyment out of it as the lady receiving is also very helpful
