Seeing Green Day in America was top of the list for big concerts but I'm more of a small venue fan. Better atmosphere, more intimate, better craic. "Also was at slane 03 foo fighters/chilli peppers which was amazing" This was an unbelievable concert. Red Hot Chilli Peppers have to be the tightest bands I've ever seen. The concert was made into a DVD. Hardly a chord or note out for the whole concert. The place was rocking. It's on You tube. Slane is a magical venue for a good band. U2 we're excellent there as well. Cranberries in Feile 92 or 93 rocked the place. Only a kid, no idea why my parents let me go, with my big brother. Probably wanted a quite weekend to themselves Oasis in Maralay park were good. Seen them in Cork back in 95 aswell. If you look up AC\DC at the Riverplate concert in Argentina 2009, it's an unbelievable concert and atmosphere. Seen them twice last year, music was excellent, vocals were OK. Metalica in Moscow 1991, Enter Sandman is just 250k of a crowd going nuts. | |||
