1.A mature, considered, open-minded, confident attitude to life

2.A healthy element of playfulness.

3.In good shape and a great dress sense.

I think for me the attributes are the same for both but to expand on the first point, an older man would have to not be fuddy duddy, and a younger man reasonably worldly wise.

Confidence, sense of humour, kindness, honesty, maturity amongst other things...

And none of those things are age related.
