Curious what gets people to respond to a message... what's a stand out meesage for you to respond and what's the most ick message to automatically delete or ignore.

The only messages I receive on here are from men and I am not interested in men. They send the likes of "Well fella, any weekend plans?" or "How are you doing on Fab?" and that would not really work with me if it came from a woman....so can't give much in the line of advice.

I have always sent a polite and respectful message and have no problem if I don't receive a reply.

You are right that women are difficult to get a response from. But given the amount of message that female members, particularly new female members get that’s not really a surprise.

I think it takes a message that shows you’ve taken the time to read the profile, fit the criteria and an element of luck and timing - still being online - to get a response to a message.

I think a lot of us guys can relate! Its definitely tough to get replies when all you send is generic hey type messages. And guilty here too, I ve definitely sent a few such messages at times😅. But honestly, I ve learned that those never get a reply. I have found that starting with something specific from her bio or photos usually gets a better reaction. Just showing genuine interest seems to go a long way even if the convo doesn’t lead anywhere, at least it feels like a real interaction

It totally depends on if a lady see's something that tweaks her interest, ladies here are absolutely swamped with messages , they face a yellow wall everytime they log on so of course it has to be a message that stands out from the rest to even get a reply , catching ones attention is one thing , keeping it is something completely different, of course it's an individual thing but , in my opinion , RESPECT is the one thing that HAS to be in a message.

We like messages that are more than two words, a simple “hey, how are you? How’s your week been?, doesn’t go astray. It really doesn’t have to be a whole lot just general small talk… hate getting messages that are just statements, I don’t know how people expect you to respond to those 😅

I know I’m here only a short while but I have found that by messaging the same way I would speak to a woman in a pub or a coffee shop works, most respond even if it’s just to say thanks but no thanks. I don’t message woman who have stated their preference if I’m not it, beard, bald, height or if they require face pic in first message.

I'll respond to messages that make me curious, or interested in interacting with the other person. So the sender needs to make an effort, I don't have the time, energy or inclination to respond to dullness.

sometimes doesn't matter message you put in if they don't like look your pics there not going respond which is there preference so nothing wrong with it. Think better off going to social events as messaging on here seems lost cause lol

Their profile first and foremost. I look at that before I even open a message if it doesn't appeal or is one of the many AI written profiles I just delete the message.

If the profile is good and the message is a normal message I will reply.

Any message I get where I can see stuff along the lines of do you want to see my big dick,faf etc I don't even look at the profile. I might make a note on it though telling me to ignore any messages in future. And delete the message unread.

A well thought out message. Not just a cop and paste that can be sent to anyone. I ignore any from people who are miles away from my location- no point, I’m never going to meet them.

It's actually rare to get a stand out message from a guy on Fab these days. If I was to message a profile I make effort rather than using the scatter gun approach of messaging every guy currently online

But honestly the messages I get are ridiculous thank fuck for filters

Regardless of who the message is from, i always try send a pollite reply either way, its nice to be nice. On saying that i dont get many so im sure some other people male or female who get loads find it hard to reply to everybody

C&P with really handy though and saves having to attach the term different cock pics each time. Sometimes I'll even personalise them for extra oomph but that's a lot of effort. I always hide my profile straight away though just to add a touch of mystery and intrigue to the occasion.

I'd say half don't get replied to-either they are not read in the first place, or they were read but then put as unread. It's always nice to get a reply, even if it's a no thanks. Do get messaging, but then it dies out. I simply don't pester after that. Women are most fortunate and they can pick and choose. From the forums, it seems a lot of men get angry and rude. so it's no wonder women are reluctant to communicate.
