As the title says, what would your advice be for a newbie, single women in particular, dipping a toe into the lifestyle?

How do you sort the wheat from the chaff, and avoid the risky ones?

Socials are great way to meet people on the scene with the view to potentially play with them another time. I think if they can get their shit together to attend events etc they will be less likely not to have a dead Granny emergency if you're planning meet.

Search the forums before posting - everything you can imagine has been discussed before

Definitely a social event if you can, you’ll probably receive more dick pictures than you ever thought possible. Read the forums, they can be serious, funny, informative and sometimes you’ll wonder if what you have just read is true. No harm to read a few verifications before meeting or even continuing a conversation. Just enjoy, use your filters and stay safe.

My first piece of advice would be to accept nothing but the utmost of respect from those who interact with you. It is also worth noting that you are under no obligation whatsoever to interact with anybody on this site. Of I mailed you and then started b*tching as you had not replied then I am in the wrong not you. Thankfully I do not behave like that but I am more than aware that many on here do. Accept nothing but respect and remember that you are in full control of your journey on here.

As mentioned above, attend a few socials. They are great. I remember the first socials I attended when I was previously in Fab and they were magic. They out me at ease and settled what nerves I had.

Finally, I am certain you will do this, as with the 'real world' it is paramount that you meet a stranger (we are all ultimately strangers before we meet) in a public location when seeing them in person for the first time. Fab is no different to the real world. We have to ensure we are safe at all times.

I wish you all the best on your journey and hope you find, experience and discover everything that fulfills you.

Echoing the useful advice given above by everyone, I know some women, from personal experience, use their Sent 'folder' to check for 'new' messages from people they are chatting to - messages that would otherwise be lost in their ever-increasing inboxes. Messages in the Sent 'folder' contain the entire mail trail including replies.

From your privacy settings you can prevent those who aren't photo-verified from contacting you, including those who are newbies, profiles with no photographs and those who aren't Site Supporters.

Don't be coerced into sharing face photos from the onset - unless you want to or that's your modus operandi. Most genuine people, if they want to really get to know you in earnest through extensive chatting, won't be bothered about photos until YOU'RE ready to do so.

There is no wrong or right answer at the end of the day. Due diligence is key.
