People's thoughts on avenues of communication beyond the messaging provided here.

Phone?

APP?

Pigeon?

If you open up total communication, when do you decide, or how do you decide?

None of the above unless I've met someone and even then it's not guaranteed.

Until I've met someone and determined some sort of connection, even if it's not sexual, all communication is through fab.

Off fab its mostly done through a chat app that you dont have to share a phone number

There's a few fabbers that have my phone number and we message via WhatsApp or make a phone call

Co. Cork

Over longer distances, brief, punctuated messages, hand delivered by a young chap in uniform on a bicycle.

Up close, winks, nods, and appropriate hand gestures.

I always stay on Fab. My experience of moving to Telegram is that the conversation shifts to a different direction, usually weird.

I prefer to keep it here unless it's someone I've gotten to know a bit then I might chat on Telegram. There's ones (mostly women but a few men) I've known a long time who have my WhatsApp, and then my girl friends who are on all my socials.

Oh, and rarely ever use the telephone for people here. I hate talking on the phone, even to my own mother 🤣

Fab...if meet is arranged, then maybe some other forms of communication, if all goes well.

Haven't tried using traditional post, although have received a present in the post - that was weird, unexpected and slightly WTF moment.

Pigeon could be fun, though.

Get to know here, move to telegram if you both get along. Appreciate that people here can have dozens if not 100s of messages in the backlog - so your messages may fade into the noise.
