Fab wouldn't be where I'd be looking for advice of any kind. Depending on what help you need have a Google and you'll find plenty of professional help and some of them are free. Maybe even chat with a friend or family member. But here is definitely not the place to start.

Agreed. There are lots of online forums where you can connect ( anonymously) with others.

Definitely agree with the lads above. Fab is the last place to reach out for help. Look up men and their Emotions on Facebook. Few good podcasts out there also. Check out online places like Betterhelp. And remember Men are allowed to cry also and you’re not alone.
