You could do what everyone else does in the same situation and message someone who from reading there profile is the type of person/persons your looking to meet and ask them for a social if they like your profile they would probably make sure that they are available for a social with whatever date you would prefer and as long as you are willing to be available for them at a different specific daytime if they make special arrangements to meet you. Honestly that's just what everyone does when it comes to arranging meet ups either social or for fun
