I use the crosstrainer a lot and I notice that I have to either do 30mins, 40mins, 45mins or an hour

I can't stop at 35 mins or 50mins

I missed the 45min stop point this morning so had to continue for an hour. Probably a good thing!

When I went running it was the km that had to be even numbers and the time didn't matter.

It it's weights it has to be multiples of 5 as far as possible.

Anyone else find this ?

I thought it was only me....same thing for volume levels but worst and weirdest is in a shop I find myself trying to make my total an even number🤣🤣

In the gym reps always finish on even number.....

When walking or cycling its whatever distance/time the route takes. If it finishes too soon......go for coffee.

Volume on the TV remote always has to be an even number ….thought I was the only weird beard about this. Odd numbers just don’t have that ehhh symmetry that even do ….🤷‍♂️😁

Yeah, when I use the rowing machine I’d have to do two equal sessions. One can’t row in one direction for 20/30 minutes and not row back to shore.

I've never even noticed what volume my TV is at! It depends what I'm watching and how loud the dog is snoring!

All my exercise is outdoors in the mountains or forests so I control the time and distance.

However some of my walking group really dislike any variation to a route and refuse to go clockwise when we've always gone anticlockwise or won't turn right when we have always gone left.

I don't understand that at all so when I'm on my own or with someone else I'll deliberately go the opposite way just because I can.

....and I thought I was on the spectrum!!

I don't really have this. When exercising, I nearly always overdo it, so I'm usually just in survival mode!

Ya, that would annoy me too. If I'm ever out in a forest or park I love to just wander off down random paths!

So set distance on the crosstrainer...see how long it takes...aim to better the time

When that happens extend the distance or up the speed

Reps on weights can vary between 13 to 16
