It's similar in the fact that it's an energy drink but it's got like 50 flavour profiles. It also doesn't fill you with the feeling of regret and self loathing that RB does

I had 3 cans of red bull in Clones years ago and ended up at the out of hours doctor with heart palpitations.

A former work colleague who was in her late 30s at the time survived on cans of Monster rather than food and is still suffering the effects 6 or 7 years later.

Another work colleague had 2 cans a day for a few years and was told recently he was lucky to make it to his 30s because of the damage to his organs.

Everything in moderation but I'll continue to give it a miss completely due to all the experiences above.

I wouldn't be a fan of it myself. I did once but a can on a long drive cause I needed to stay awake. It kept me awake but also made me feel ill. Never again after that.

I also saw the ingredients used to make the stuff, oh boy that was enough to turn my stomach. Where that puke emoji
