Do you like his movies

Do you go to see them

Does his scientology get in the way of liking him as a person

Do you give a shit about him

I like his movies, I go to the cinema to see them ...normally in Belfast so we can sit in the back row eating our popcorn

I like him as a person....seems to be a decent guy

He's seems like a pretty straight up guy and keeps himself out of trouble compared to others. Generally speaking I do like his movies and he's is a great actor although I don't hold much weight on his Mission impossible movies, they never really did it for me.

I couldn't really care less about his scientology interests as he doesn't run it in your face that I'm aware of anyway.

I like his movies and would watch them on Netflicks or Prime as not a big Cinema goer.

Scientology wouldnt get in the way of liking him as a person.

He's a famous person who I see in movies so I dont think you can judge the 'real person' to know if he really is a nice guy or not.

He seems ok. Funny enough he has no sexual appeal for me at all. He's too perfect.

I wouldn't watch a movie just because he is in it but if it's a good popcorn movie that doesn't involve much engagement from me it's grand.

He's not someone I would aspire to meet though because of the Scientology crap.

In saying that though I really enjoyed reading Battlefield Earth and took it at face value.

Travoltas film version was shit.

I still consider 'A few good men' to be one of the best movies of all time, or at least have some of the best scenes of all time. I'd argue he's a better actor than a lot of the crew today but he's also become such a type cast that I feel bad for him. When it comes to him as a person, there's very few actors or actresses that I would consider as decent people. If you haven't seen him talk about scientology, it's worth a watch.

He’s a very watchable actor and has made some very good films but unfortunately he’s gone down the blockbuster franchise that requires little acting. He was very good as lestat in interview with a vampire but his jack reacher was totally unforgivable

I have worked in the presence of Tom Cruise as a required extra for H &S reasons, he’s down to earth and what we Irish would call a sound guy, his beliefs are his, tbh, I can draw parallels accross the board, each to their own!
