It's possible to orgasm without ejaculation if the perennial muscle's/pelvic floor muscles are locked in a certain position.

In yoga/tantric sex it can be learned through the practice of mula bandha but in regular English that's kegels.

And you can even do it by pressing a few of your fingers into the perineum and holding them there just before you ejaculate.

I’m on Dutasteride

Was peeing a lot at night and also during the day. Ones I get the urge id have to go straight away. Had my bloods checked and no signs of cancer tg. Those meds seem to have sorted out my peeing problem but now it seems to be effecting me as in dry ejaculation.

Yes I’ve found that too that if it doesn’t happen the first the second time is actually better but a lot of extra effort goes into it. I find I’ve no problem keeping it hard but it just takes me ages to cum. Sometimes even friction burns
