I would respectfully disagree entirely with that. I have a three legged table at home that is better at what it does than those lads, and it's fucking useless too.

We're not the target audience Mick

They played gigs in sold out venues in Ireland and Australia to over 100,000 young people in the last 6 months and another 50,000 in the next 3 months

Their podcast earns them a small fortune every year

Someone likes them

I really don't get the hatred, and it really is hatred for the 2 johnnies. How is it possible to hate someone you don't even know??

On the flipside what is absolutely hilarious is how the 2 johnnies live rent free in their heads 🤣 😂

I'd never heard of them until they were mentioned on here about the cat fishing.

I listened to 2 episodes and that was enough.

The story itself was mad enough but I just couldn't listen to them telling it.

No hatred here but I wouldn't be paying money to go see them.

As someone who's enthusiastic and the reasonably correct user of language I'm irritated at how people are reading "hatred" into what I've said above. Not considering someone to be talented, no matter how strong my opinion might be, does not make it hatred.

Might I also add that drawing large crowds and making lots of money are not proof of talent. Some of the most awful pop stars of recent decades have done that without an ounce of talent on display, good management and good looks being the keys to success in their cases.

These lads found their niche in people who find lads putting on extreme bogger accents and exaggerating their countriness funny. Good on them for that. I'd imagine they're far smarter and more cultured than they pretend to be.

I always get the feeling that they'd be in the detractors camp if it was someone else doing their act. Bit like Nathan Carter not being a fan of Country music.

come on now, I have to call this out. Calling them fucking useless and comparing their talent to that of a 3 legged table is hardly "respectfully disagreeing". I agree with the pop star thing. Who hide behind their looks, pitch correction, auto tune and other writers. But to deny these lads have talent is ignorant. They write all their own material (as far as I know) but more importantly its their delivery that has garnered such a large audience. Not very many people can do that, let's be honest. That's talent.

Johnny B. To answer OPs question

As I said above I gave up after 2 episodes due to lack of a coherent script and brain-dead delivery.

Fair play to them if they can convince people that they have some definition of talent but it's not immediately apparent.

It's not just them either. I've never watched a single episode of reality TV shows because they all appeal to the easily distracted.

Johnny B 💦💦😈

But omg why all the hate everyone? Fair enough if they are not your cup of tea but no need to be rude about it.

They have actually spoken so positively about swinging, the community, the lifestyle etc etc. They had 2 experienced swingers on for an interview that shone a light on the whole scene and Johnny B was at a sex club in Germany only last month. Absolutely love them, find them hilarious and very relatable as they're similar ages. If JB ever joins fab, hit us up 😂
