"I'm hoping some of you could give me suggestions for protein powders in an attempt to increase my intake. I've never tried any before so recommendations on a plain one I could add to yoghurt soups etc would be great! Any advise on how to best mix them up avoiding gloopy lumps etc would also be appreciated. Thanks!" It really depends on you goal of increasing your protien intake, ex body builder/weight trainer here, it comes down to your end goal. Lots of other foods csn increase your protien intake without going down the protien shake route. If your training or getting more active and looking to pack in an extra protein meal, i would suggest a meal replacement shake between meals. I used to have breakafast at 6.30, meal replacement shake at 9, moring break in work at 11, lunch at 1.30, then evening meal would depend on gym day or not. But i would graze of high protein nuts/seeds during they dsy. A great way to increase the protien intake. You can get grest bundle deals online, and the more expensive poweders usually pack a big punch. | |||
