" It's fucked up, I know. I've been struggling with my mental health for the past days. It seems that everyone one that I love and care about has turned against me, while I'm trying had to be the best one for them. I can't afford to be 6ft under. I have a little boy who I love the most and depends on me and only me. Honestly,dsth is an illusion, the life problems are to be fixed in life. Any other exit is a lie and won't fix it. I hope you find the strength you need. Everything will be okay, I really hope. Remember, life problems are only fixed in life. You're stronger than this. | |||

Make a new routine and stick to it. Force yourself to get up and do something for yourself. Invite friends or family for dinner. Make plans for future. Work towards those plans. They found a cancerous tumour in my brain on Christmas day last year. I still don't know if it spread or shrunk. All I can do is wait and focus on the positive things in life and work towards the future, whatever it'll bring. One step at the time, just keep moving, keep yourself focused on things you enjoy. Being single is not that bad either - you don't have to pick up after anyone and have time to spare on hobbies, walks, friends and maybe even create a new life. There will always be bad days, its just part of life, you just have to always believe that tomorrow will be better and push yourself to make it better ❤️ missus | |||

I'm uses to dealing with bad news so I feel sorry for myself that it can be a lonely existance but it sinks in & I focus on the task.
