Any advice on nipple piercing .. Dos and donts etc . Healing advice . Also, is it true you can’t get them pierced if you don’t have erect nipples ?!?

I had mine Pierced I had an inverted nipple and its stickie outie ever since . Pierced about 5 years ago . The pain is sharp when the nipple is being pierced but it’s very quick . No issues with healing x

Had both done , the healing time is quite a bit.

Dont reccommend swimming etc for a while. If you take it out, it can close up ver ver fast (mine in 2/3 days) had to wait 6 months before having them pierced again.

As you are getting them both done, get them both done during the same visit as you likely won’t go back to get the other one done…

They’ll be sore for a while but start to heal up pretty quickly and settle down. Full healing can take about six months. They are a great addition.

Can recommend Carla Horrana in Temple Bar, Dublin. She’s a very experienced piercer and really nice too.

I had both mine done at the same time, almost 4 months ago now. The pain getting them done is sharp and quick with barely any afterwards (only if your clumsy like me and keep banging off them 🙈🤣)

The only thing is they can be quite sore after play and still risk getting infected so they're being left alone at the moment which is annoying, I love nipple play so am contemplating taking them out if that part doesn't get better soon 🤔

Got both mine done together wasn't that bad hurt a little wen doin them

They healed up great .....just watch them on lace bras and don't use a fluffer in the shower...my nips r always erect they were before hand too ....

Got mine pierced in December (along with 6 more ear piercings 🤣) and I love it but I agree with a lot of the other responses, it can take a bit to heal. Mine is still painful and still crusting so just be prepared it could take a while to heal (yet my friends healed so quickly and never had an issue).

I have mine done over a year now. It stings for a few mins when getting them pierced so I would recommend getting both done at the same time. They were tender for a couple of days and I was able to exercise as normal after 3 days. I used a hair dryer after showering to dry them.

I have had mine done 3 times.

Shower sponges, clothes, lingerie etc it gets caught.

Healing process is lengthy 12 to 18 months. Getting pierced isn't too bad.

Second vote for Carla. She did my labia multiple times and was easiest piercer I've had to date. Glad to see she's still around.

As for nipples the crusting drove me mad and became too oversensitive so removed mine

I've (Claire) one done years. I meant to get it vertically, but in my excitement I forgot to tell the piercer that!

I'd no issues with healing, just folow the piercers care advice. It does occasionally catch on shower puffs and lingerie, not that I'm complaining, its a nice jolt..

Debating getting the other one done now.. the double looks great

It sounds so stupid, but stick a sign up on your mirror/wardrobe saying ‘PIERCING!’.

When I had mine it had a spike and I’d come home and reef my shirt or t-shirt off and regularly catch it. The sign reminded me. Was an odd thing to explain to girls I brought home with me back in the day.

I’ve quite a few piercings and found the pain of the nipple piercing the worst but it’s over in seconds. (This nipple is directly connected to my clit so I felt It in both places when it was done)

The healing was much easier than any ear cartilage ones. Just don’t mess with it for a few months after its done and you’ll be great!

Had mine done a few times now over the last 20 years, have had to take them out when I had kids! But always get them redone!

Pain wise it’s a super quick intense burny stabby sensation and then it’s grand.

I agree, lacy clothes catching on them is sore! Haha and to be careful with shower loofahs!! I’d get them both done at the same time, if not healing times is going to be so much longer x 2!!
