What's it like folks? Clean and comfortable?

I think lots of you will have stayed here from time to time 😉😉

Is the Luas close by?

Thanks!

somewhere

Luas is not near it and a good 40 minute walk away

Better hotels nearer to the Red line luas if that's what you need

Luas/train or even bus would do tbh. Just wondering if it's well served by public transport, and also if it's decent enough.

Belfast and Tyrone

The hotel itself is good and the rooms are clean. It does have all the beds on castors which is a bit annoying. I know its easier for cleaning but when I'm getting railed over the side of the bed and the whole bed scoots across the floor and it's annoying.

The lift goes straight out of a common area and not in sight of the reception which is handy to bring other people up with you. I'm sure there are cameras and the staff are aware.

The staff are great. I'm told some of them are on Fab.

I've stayed in both Aspect hotel and Clayton Cardif Lane (it has a tiny pool), recently as in last year.

What makes Clayton in Ballsbridge special to you, just curious?

I meant to say that both hotels have very clean big rooms with nice bathrooms.

I would recommend either of them especially if you can get rooms at a discount (various companies have some sort of arrangements with both hotels regarding the prices).

Thanks all.

I missed the boat on a total bargain price for this place on a Saturday night in May. 60 quid b&b! Probably was a mistake mind. Either way, I never booked it.

Good to hear it's a grand spot.

Will definitely keep it in mind for another time.
