somewhere

So in the mornings

Do you jump out of bed when the alarm goes off

Do you hit the snooze button for a while

Are you grumpy or happy in the mornings

Wake, hit a 10 minute snooze just as a safety net but get up before it. Shower, breakfast, make lunch, off to work. Rinse and repeat 🥲

Total morning person

Wake before the alarm or the other alarm starts barking and straight out for a dog walk.

Alarm, bit even if I don't set it I generally wake up. Mr is up at 6am anyway so no need.

I'm usually OK but wouldn't be competent to adult until I've had a coffee...

I'm definitely a night owl rather than a morning person 😇

Always awake before I need to be, majority of the time I love mornings. It's calm & quiet especially when rain is pelting down.

I just get up. I don't snooze my alarm as I'm afraid I'll sleep through it. I'm not a morning person for at least an hour so I'm grumpy as grumpy can be.

A nice rock

Varies depending on my current mood and what's happening in life.

Usually either wake in a panic about an hour before I have to and lie there thinking unhealthy about the day ahead

Or

Alarm wakes me and I get up pretty lively and ready for the day.

Fortunately the first one doesn't happen often anymore and far far less than it did when I was younger

Not Belfast but NI

I'm very much a morning person. Alarm is set for 6.30am but I am usually up and about by anytime from 5am. Best time of the day.

Early to bed and early to rise makes one healthy, wealthy, and wise.

Never owned an alarm clock or set one on my phone.

Up before 5 every single day including weekends and holidays and out the door before 5.30 on work days.

Neither grumpy nor happy, just resigned to another day.

Never slept in or been late for work.

Not a morning person. Definately more of a nocturnal animal.

Nowhere in particular that I need to be so a perv on fab, bit of Telgrm chatting then up to enjoy whatever the day may bring.

Life is good if you make it so.

Area 54

Alarm set for 5.10, 5.12 and 5.14. But I'm generally up after the first alarm.

Shower, shave, breakfast and chill for a while then hit the road and be in for about 6.45.

Cuppa in the office and ease into the day.

Downside is he hasn't caught onto the extra hour as yet

For those addicted to the snooze button, you can get an alarm clock that you set up to donate money to something you absolutely don't want to donate money to, every time you press the snooze button.

E.g. the Donald Trump benevolent fund 🤣🤣

That'll take the want off ye

I have three alarm clocks set on two phones and one regular alarm clock...first a regular alarm clock rings...then alarms on two phones three naps in each of them. I need 30 minutes to get out of bed, sometimes I'm kicked out of it. when I leave the bed I am completely awake I don't even need coffee. When I get out of the car everyone moves out of my way and holds the doors so I can get in on time work. Daily sprinting is my morning exercise... I break new records every day

Seemingly hardwired to wake at 4.15am every morning without the need for an alarm clock,

Usually watch the news for an hour before getting up, have a shower, make a ridiculously strong coffee for the drive to work, arrive to said work in a curmudgeonly manner at 6.30am.

On a working day, alarm sounds, snooze it, alarm, snooze again, then roll out of the bed and race out of the door

Day off, bit of a lie in, then occasionally breakfast in bed with a fresh cuppa.

Mid week alarm goes off at 6, hit the snooze button til 6:09 then crawl out of bed. Then breakfast, ablutions, get dressed and out the door for 7ish. Maybe earlier if I’m travelling further. Sundays, still awake at 6 but lie in til about 8:30 then get up and put on some coffee.
