Are you on any other medication? Could be this is a possible source.

For example, some epilepsy meds can impact sexual function. There are links to ED as a result of hormonal imbalance.

Speaking of which, your testosterone levels could be low.

Is there any injury that could attribute to it? Back or spinal being a prime example.

I'd recommend speaking with a GP and run tests, before it impacts negatively on your confidence and you end up in your head questioning everything.

Please chat to your GP about this. There could be a vast array of reasons it isn’t working for you from physiological to psychological. As a HCP where medicines are my area of expertise I couldn’t answer this and there is no one here that can answer this for you. X
