" And just to be clear consenting to being videoed and photographed for private consumption is not a blanket consent to post those photos anywhere you like. We had a small private party, we took some photos on our own phones. Afterwards we shared them privately to each other. Then we had a conversation about sharing them. All people agreed to post one photo on our sexy socials, with faces and tattoos blurred. We also agreed to tag each other on Fet and because we couldn't on Fab, we put the one photo into friends only. So we had a proper grown up conversation about it and gained explicit consent. There's an ethical way to do things and an unethical way to do things. | |||
