"Ive recently changed up my breakfast routine, and have nautral yougurt with mixed seeds,pumpkin seeds, blueberries and a spoon of peanut butter, 3 weeks on this breakfast (some morning I eat granola) but ive nocticed a big boost in my engery levels. Anyone else experience a engery boost from switching up a meal" Definitely gonna try 👍 | |||
