Men who may have once been in shape but now carry a bit of extra weight possibly from aging or lifestyle changes. A mix of some muscle and a bit of belly fat but I suppose everyone’s going to have their own take on it.

Guys who are otherwise fit but have a bit of a belly. If they are hairy and have moobs that's my favourite type of body on a man.

Carry extra bit of weight on the belly but still got good arms / shoulders etc and also maybe hairy chest but body hair is generally present from late teens anyway

So, we have rule 2 and 3. Rule 1 is respect and being a decent Dadbod. No means no, and no being a dick about it. that's the easy one.
