Mine depend on lots of factors.

I can orgasm easily with one person one time then not at all the next time. I know a lot of these reasons now - maybe nerves, tiredness, worrying about it or about something completely unrelated, solace sex..... the list is endless. So I try not to worry about it. And yes, "multitasking" would also be on that list 🤣😇

The easiest way for me (Mrs) to orgasm is in 1on1 scenario. It can be at a play party while there are other bodies around or in an intimate settings. When I’m playing with more than one person (threesome etc) it’s not as easy to get there, I’m very easily distracted 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭
